Barn at Heckler’s Plain

This 10 inch by 8 inch watercolor is matted and ready to drop into a frame. The scene is of an historic barn that dates back to 1761 and is Rhine Valley Bottom Barn which is a precursor to the Pennsylvania “Bank Barn”.  The upper level is used for a hay loft while the lower level was used for stables and stalls for livestock with a center walkway.  This Barn is now part of a recreational area bordered by residential developments in this suburban community.

Included is a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
